What we like about Vicky is that she has a great combination of patience, professionalism and caring. She has been teaching Holly for a number of years and Holly really loves her lessons. She has done really well and Vicky has supported her through piano exams and through her music GCSE.  She is very flexible, adapting to Holly’s choice of music, which started with jazz then migrated through modern pieces to classical.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Vicky as a teacher.

Having heard Vic play the piano in live performance and on recordings, I have been very impressed with her technical skill and unique musical interpretation; she is a particularly fine jazz pianist.  She has been teaching my daughter to play for 3 years, during this time she has introduced her to different kinds of music whilst also thoroughly preparing her for formal examinations. My daughter always enjoys her lessons and finds Vic’s calm, positive and creative approach has helped her to quickly progress and also added to her general appreciation of music.

I have always wanted to learn to play the piano and finally in my late sixties I had the time. That was four years ago. I heard of Victoria from the music shop in Worthing when purchasing a piano, I booked up lessons straight away. I was pleasantly surprised when Victoria asked me what kind of music I liked. It is really nice to start with music you love, it all started from there, Victoria is so patient and has the knack of making learning fun and enjoyable, I look forward to going every week, so if you want to learn piano and/or music theory look no further, Victoria is the best.
